From Lille we are minutes from the Belgian border, roughly two hours from Paris, and close to the Channel ports and the tunnel serving the United Kingdom. On beverages, where transport represents a significant share of the delivered cost, that geography directly affects your buying price.

France: 24 to 72 hours

Mainland France is served in 24 to 72 hours depending on the destination and the order cut-off. The Hauts-de-France region and the Paris area are generally next-day. Orders placed before the daily cut-off ship the same day where stock allows.

Belgium: intra-community delivery in 24 to 72 hours

Belgium is effectively an extension of our home market. Brussels, Ghent, Antwerp, Liège and Charleroi are reached in hours rather than days.

For a Belgian company with a valid VAT number, goods are invoiced free of VAT as an intra-community supply, with the buyer accounting for VAT in Belgium under the reverse charge. We verify the VAT number and retain the transport evidence that substantiates the exemption — a point worth checking with any supplier, since it is your deduction that is at risk if the documentation is incomplete.

United Kingdom: 2 to 5 working days, customs handled

Since Brexit, supplying the UK from the EU means export declarations, import clearance and labelling compliance. Many continental suppliers decline that work, which is precisely why the price advantage on European-sourced stock is still available to UK buyers who can find a supplier willing to handle it.

We prepare the export declaration on the EU side and coordinate with a UK customs agent for import clearance. Commodity codes, EORI requirements and import VAT treatment are settled before departure. Postponed VAT accounting is available to UK VAT-registered importers. Typical lead time is 2 to 5 working days.

A quotation within 24 to 48 hours, a confirmed delivery date at the point of order rather than an estimate, and notification in advance if anything changes. On seasonal references we hold buffer stock precisely so that the summer peak does not become your stockout.
