Spot purchase or recurring requirement
For one purchase, describe the lot and delivery window. For recurring needs, state indicative consumption, cadence, storage capacity and intended duration. A forecast helps assess a proposal; it does not reserve capacity.
Industrial buyers: start with the process
Specify raw material, application and parameters affecting production. Add formats accepted by the line, unloading equipment and qualification stages. Grade or origin substitutions may need technical approval.
Wholesalers and distributors: start with the market
Specify bag or carton weights, labelling, languages, palletisation and remaining shelf life. For resale, compare offers for the same product and format, then include costs actually allocated to you.
Agree scheduling and responsibilities
Define preferred loading and receiving windows, transport responsibility and required approvals. Confirm timing in the offer. Costs, documents and risks should remain consistent with the contract and chosen Incoterm.
Build an enquiry that can be followed
Keep specifications, acceptable alternatives, commercial terms and approval decisions. For repeat orders, compare lots and document discrepancies before renewal. Reliable flows depend on confirmed commitments for each transaction.
Prepare your volume purchase
Product, grade, quantity and destination: provide the information needed for a tailored proposal.
